True Lemon Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. To begin, pierce the tenderloin all over with a fork, then place in a deep baking dish.
  2. Then, combine the remaining ingredients for the marinade and pour over the tenderloin. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, turning once halfway through.
  3. Now, preheat the oven to 350F and move the tenderloin into a shallow pan. Be sure to use a new dish, as putting a cold dish into the oven can cause damage to the dish.
  4. Roast for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 155F with a slightly pink center.
  5. Remove from the oven, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving,
