No-Fuss Valentine’s Day Dinner

Ingredients:

Air Fried Filet Mignon:

No-Fuss Garlic Butter Shrimp:

Honey Butter Sweet Potatoes:

Instructions:

  1. First, prepare the sweet potatoes. Preheat oven to 400F. Then, wash and wrap tightly in Kirkland Premium Quality Foil (#1963) and bake at for about an hour (depending on size of potatoes). Serve with Chef Shamy Cinnamon Honey Butter. They are SO GOOD!
  2. Then, preheat air fryer to 400F. Then, rub steaks with avocado oil on both sides and sprinkle with montreal steak seasoning. Place steaks in air fryer and cook for 12 minutes, turning halfway through. Remove steak from air fryer, let rest for 10 minutes, and serve with a pat of garlic butter.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the shrimp by by spooning garlic butter onto Crestware Baking Sheet (#4020) lined with Kirkland Premium Quality Foil (#1963). Place in the oven to melt as oven it preheats to 400F. Watch and remove baking sheet when the butter is fully melted, but not browned. Place thawed shrimp on baking sheet, dipping in butter and flipping so both sides are coated. Put pan back in the oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes, turning shrimp halfway through. Remove from oven, and serve immediately.
