How else can I serve Choripan?

Although we enjoy this Shrimp Choripan served on slices baguettes, a traditional choripan is typically served in sandwich form with grilled chorizo and chimichurri sauce. Try toasting our Rocky Mountain Hoagie Buns (#1988) and fill it with chorizo sausage or sliced Daily’s Black Pepper Smoked Rope Sausage (#1920) and King & Prince Classic Marinated Shrimp Skewer (#8270). You can do both proteins, or just one. For a vegetarian dish, simply sub with your favorite veggie sausage. Then, top with SupHerb Farms Fusions Chimichurri Paste (#1996) caramelized onions, and guacamole. Enjoy!
