Scampi Pie

If you love Shrimp Scampi, you will love this pie! This mouthwatering thin-crust pizza is topped with shrimp scampi, onions, prosciutto, and mozzarella cheese.

Just want the Scampi?

Our large, tail-off, round shrimp are individually coated with a rich, traditional scampi sauce then quick-frozen for easy preparation—cook the whole box, or just a single serving!  Be sure to cook from frozen for best results.

  1. Place 8-10 shrimp in skillet over MEDIUM heat. 
  2. Saute for 6-8 minutes or until done, stirring occasionally. 
  3. For additional sauce, simply add 2-3 tablespoons of water during cooking. 
  4. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving. Shrimp are done when opaque white.
  5. Serve over Barilla Spaghetti Noodles (#1331).

Instructions:

  1. Begin forming the dough by using a rolling pin or hand stretching. Always roll out larger as the product will reduce in size when transferring to a pizza pan or baking stone.
  2. Grill the dough until it begins to brown.  
  3. Meanwhile, cook shrimp till the sauce becomes thick.
  4. Then. spread scampi sauce onto grilled pizza crust.
  5. Add toppings and bake at 450°F f till golden.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh Italian parsley.
