Everything Bagel Club Sandwich
A delicious twist on the classic Club Sandwich using our NEW bagel dough, topped with Everything Bagel Seasoned and full of ham and turkey. Try toasting the bagel after spreading the mayo on it for delicious crispy bread.

Everything Bagel Club Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 6 Janey Lou’s Plain Bagel Dough (#2078)
- 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil Mayo (#1537)
- 12 slices Hormel Cherrywood Smoked Sliced Ham (#1740)
- 6 slices Hormel Roasted Sliced Turkey (#1739)
- 6 slices Colby Jack cheese
- Tomato slices
- Red onion slices
- Lettuce
- Alison’s Everything Bagel Seasoning (#1826)
Instructions:
- First, prepare the bagels. Remove 6 bagels from freezer. Line baking tray with parchment paper and spray. Cover tray with plastic tightly and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 6 hours.
- Remove tray from fridge, remove cover and leave product at room temperature until the dough has doubled in size. Approximately 90-120 minutes*.
- Place rolls in 375F** oven and bake for 12-17 minutes, or until brown. For a crispier crust mist dough with water before baking. Sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning before baking, if desired.
- Carefully cut the bagels in half, and spread mayo on each half. Then, top with lettuce, 1 slice of turkey, 2 slices of ham, cheese, tomatoes, onions, and more lettuce. Repeat with the remaining bagels. Enjoy!
