Grilled Teriyaki Wild Alaskan Pollock Skewers
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Japanese Rice Wine
- 1 Tbsp C & H Granulated Sugar (#1632)
- 1/4 cup water
- 12 oz. Trident Alaskan Pollock Redi Cuts (#2259)
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup Supherb Farms Fresh Frozen Green Onion (#1864)
Instructions:
- First, combine the soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, and water. Set aside.
- Then, preheat grill to medium heat.
- Meanwhile, add 4-5 pieces of pollock onto each skewer, brushing with sesame oil.
- Next, place the prepared skewers onto the heated grill and brush with teriyaki sauce. Flip to brush the other side with sauce, repeating until the skewers have a nice glaze, while cooking for about 10 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and serve over hot rice.
