This recipe for Bacon Wrapped Shrimp and Pineapple Skewers is one of our new favorites.  It’s fast, easy, and delicious–three of our favorite things!

We recommend pairing the skewers with some Amoy Vegetable Fried Rice to round out the meal with ease. Give it a try and let us know what you think.

Bacon Wrapped Shrimp & Pineapple Skewers



  1. Cook the bacon until cooked through and flexible, not crispy! Do not over cook!
  2. Thread the shrimp and pineapple on skewers.
  3. Wrap each shrimp in ⅓- 1/2 slice of bacon and secure with toothpick.
  4. Place on foil lined baking sheet and broil for 2-3 minutes.
