This recipe for Cheesy Noodles and Vegetables will become a family favorite, full of veggies and Reames Egg Noodles and a creamy cheese sauce.

Cheesy Noodles and Vegetables

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. First, preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook the noodles by bringing 4 quarts of water to a rapid boil. Add 2 tsp salt, if desired. Add frozen noodles and return to a full rolling boil, stir to separate. Cook noodles uncovered for 20 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. Add vegetable blend 5 during the last 5 minutes. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
  3. Next, melt the butter in a saucepan and add the garlic. Cook for 30 seconds, then add the flour and salt. Cook until smooth.
  4. Now, slowly add in the milk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for 2 minutes, then add the mustard and cheese. Keep stirring until smooth, then add the noodles and veggies to the pot to combine.
  5. Pour into a casserole dish and top with parmesan cheese and crushed croutons. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until it begins to brown and is bubbly. Serve warm.
