Classic Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. First, add the chicken broth and bay leaves to a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Then, add the noodles and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Now, add the herbs, onions, celery, and carrots to the pot and keep simmering for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  4. In a skillet, melt the butter. And the flour and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Set aside
  5. To the pot, add the cream and bring back to a simmer. Then, add the flour mixture and cook until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  6. Next, add the chicken and remove the bay leaves. Stir, and keep on simmer until heated through. Enjoy!
