Apple Cinnamon Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 pizza dough ball (#1079)
- 1 Granny Smith Apple, peeled and cut into thin slices
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon (#1005)
- 1/2 tsp salt (#1147)
- 6-8 teaspoons mascarpone
- 4-6 tsp almond paste
For the Brown Sugar Mix:
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup flour (#2285)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (#1150)
Instructions:
- First, squeeze the juice from the fresh lemon over the cut and peeled apples.
- Melt butter in a skillet, sprinkle cinnamon to taste and add a pinch of salt. Add the apples and cook until they are semi-tender- they will cook more in the oven.
- Stretch or roll a dough ball and place onto a Cast Iron Pizza Pan (#7623).
- Place apples in a single layer on top of pizza crust. Top with dollops of mascarpone mixed with almond paste and then top with brown sugar mixture.
- Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until the crust begins to brown.

Chocolate, Caramel, Pecan Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 pizza dough ball (#1079)
- Coconut
- Chocolate chips (#1302)
- Chopped pecans (#1292)
- Caramel topping (#7894)
- Brown sugar (#1150)
Instructions:
- Stretch or roll a dough ball and place onto a Cast Iron Pizza Pan (#7623).
- Sprinkle a handful of coconut, chocolate chips, and pecans. Top with caramel topping and a sprinkle of brown sugar.
- If you would like extra flavor, add a few tablespoons of butter on top.
- Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until the crust begins to brown. Enjoy!
