Jamie’s Raspberry Chocolate Pancakes

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat griddle to 375 F.
  2. Now, prepare the pancake batter but adding the cool water to large mixing bowl. Add pancake mix. Blend well with wire whisk until dry mix is well incorporated. Then, mix in the raspberry crumbles and chocolate chips.
  3. Next spray griddle with Vegalene. Pour 1.5 ounces of batter on griddle. Flip pancakes when edges begin to dry (apprx. 1 1/2 minutes), then cook approximately 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 minutes on second side.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the bacon by placing separated slices in a cold frying pan. Warm slowly over low heat, turning often to brown evenly to desired crispness. Drain on paper towel.
  5. Drizzle Log Cabin Original Syrup over the pancakes, if desired, and serve with bacon. Enjoy!
