Perfect Pumpkin Bread features one of our favorite AP Mixes- our Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix! Just add a few simple ingredients for this tasty loaf. The soft loaf is full of a nice crunch from the nuts, and a chocolate surprise from the chips in the mix.

The traditional chocolate chip cookie gets a boost with the addition of pumpkin – making these Pumpkin Chocolate Chip cookies the perfect anytime treat!
For 2 dozen cookies, you will need: 2 1/2 cups Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix (#1966), 1 cup canned pumpkin, and 1/3 cup oil.
- Blend mix, oil, and canned pumpkin by hand or with a mixer until smooth.
- Spoon drop onto a parchment line or Vegalene (#1212) sprayed cookie sheet (#4020).
- Bake for 15-20 minutes in a 375°F oven

Perfect Pumpkin Bread: Using Cookie Mix!
Ingredients:
- 2 cup Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix (#1966)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp Regal Pumpkin Pie Spice (#1012)
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts- walnuts (#1293), pecan halves (#1292)
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Place in a bread pan lined with sprayed (#5564) parchment paper (#1153).
- Bake at 325F for 60-70 minutes until center is cooked.
- Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting. Enjoy!
Makes one 9×5 loaf and one smaller loaf.
