Add these easy sides!

With pasta, our favorite side is garlic bread. For an easy option, simply bake our New York Bakery Garlic Toast (#2049) at 425°F for 5-7 minutes. Alternatively, try spreading Chef Shamy Garlic Butter (#8124) on Rocky Mountain Bread Co Sourdough Round (#1987), Rocky Mountain Bread Co. Texas Toast (#1373), or Stone Ground Tuscan Mini Dinner Loaves (#8196) and bake until browned and slightly crispy.

True Lemon Spaghetti with Salmon & Basil

  1. First, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until tender. Drain with cold water, then move to a bowl and toss with 2 Tbsp avocado oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the rest of the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Generously season the salmon with salt and pepper, then cook for approx. 2 minutes per side (this may change depending on the thickness). Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, combine the corn starch and whipping cream to form a rue. Add the basil and spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Then, divide the noodles between 4 bowls. Top with the salmon portions and sauce, and serve immediately.
