The Ultimate Fish Stick Taquitos

Taquitos with a fun new twist- these Fish Sticks Taquitos are baked until crispy, then dipped in guacamole or sour cream.
The Ultimate Fish Stick Taquitos
Ingredients:
- 16 corn tortillas, warmed
- 16 Trident The Ultimate Fish Sticks (#2809)
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1-2 jalapeno peppers, minced
- 1 egg white, beaten
- Calavo Fiesta Guacamole (#1060)
- Hot sauce
- Sour cream
Instructions:
- First, preheat oven to 475F.
- Line a cookie sheet (#4020) with parchment paper (#1153).
- Then, brush each tortilla with the beaten egg white and place 1 Tbsp cheese, 1/2 tsp jalapeno, and a fish stick down the middle. Wrap it tightly and secure with a toothpick. Place seam side down onto the cookie sheet, and repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Once they are all on the cookie sheet, brush the outside of the tortilla with egg white. Place into the oven and bake until crisp, about 13-15 minutes.
- Serve with guacamole, hot sauce, and sour cream. Enjoy!
