The Ultimate Fish Stick Taquitos

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. First, preheat oven to 475F.
  2. Line a cookie sheet (#4020) with parchment paper (#1153).
  3. Then, brush each tortilla with the beaten egg white and place 1 Tbsp cheese, 1/2 tsp jalapeno, and a fish stick down the middle. Wrap it tightly and secure with a toothpick. Place seam side down onto the cookie sheet, and repeat until all ingredients are used.
  4. Once they are all on the cookie sheet, brush the outside of the tortilla with egg white. Place into the oven and bake until crisp, about 13-15 minutes.
  5. Serve with guacamole, hot sauce, and sour cream. Enjoy!
