Keto Chicken Parmesan
Ingredients:
- 3 Sun-Land Boneless Chicken Breasts (#5513), sliced in half lengthwise
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp Italian ‘N Pizza Seasoning (#1432)
- 1 cup pre-shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 3/4 cup Marinara Sauce
- 12 oz Fresh Mozzarella, sliced into 12 slices
Instructions:
- First, heat your oven to 375F and heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Then, combine the eggs and Italian seasoning in a bowl, with the Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl.
- Coat the chicken in the egg mixture, then the cheese, thoroughly coating the chicken.
- Spray the warmed pan with cooking spray and cook the chicken for 3 minutes on each side, then place in an oven-safe dish.
- Next, add 2 Tbsp of the marinara sauce on each piece of chicken, then top with 2 slices of the fresh mozzarella.
- Baking in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
