Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. First, preheat oven to 350F. Then, spray a baking dish with Vegalene Buttery Delite (#1576).
  2. Next, bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add the dumplings and cook until heated through, approx. 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet and saute the onions until tender. Add the mushroom and cook until golden. Set aside.
  4. Now, in a bowl, stir together all the ingredients, making sure to coat everything evenly in the alfredo sauce.
  5. Then, pour into prepared baking dish, topping with more cheese if desired, and place in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is heated through. Serve warm with a side of New York Bakery Garlic Toast (#2049).
