Creamy Tuscan Chicken
Creamy Tuscan Chicken is a hearty dish packed with chicken, spinach and sun-dried tomatoes in a creamy sauce. Serve over noodles, if desired. This can easily be made low carb by serving over zoodles, spaghetti squash, or just as is. This recipe is sure to make it on your menu often!

Creamy Tuscan Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs. Pierce Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (#6519)
- 5 Tbsp Redstone Tuscan Herb Olive Oil (#2438)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (#1038)
- 2 Tbsp Redstone Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar (#2440)
- 2 tsp AP Garlic Supreme (#6112)
- 2/3 cup Kraft Parmesan Cheese (#1683)
- 1/2 cup Sun-dried Tomatoes
- 1 lb. Barilla Spaghetti Noodles (#1331), cooked in salted water
Instructions:
- First, add BBF Avocado Oil (#3516) to a large skillet; brown chicken on medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side. Remove; set aside.
- Add heavy cream, chicken broth, Garlic Supreme, balsamic, and Parmesan cheese. Whisk over medium high heat until it starts to thicken.
- Add spinach and tomatoes. Add chicken back to the pan, warm and serve over pasta.
