Sheet Pan Italian Chicken

Why do we love Sheet Pan recipes?

If you’ve ever been so exhausted that you served cold cereal for a family dinner,  sheet pan meals just might change your life.  With a few simple ingredients from the freezer, you can prep a meal in minutes and feel much better about what you’re serving. In addition, sheet pan meals are one of our favorite ways to clean out our fridge! 

Remember to cover your baking sheets with parchment paper, and clean-up is a breeze too!

Sheet Pan Italian Chicken

Serves 6
Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Place cut up chicken tenders in a ziplock back with the 1 cup Italian Dressing, then place vegetables in a separate ziplock back with the other cup of the Italian Dressing. Let both marinate in the refrigerator for 20 min.
  2. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper (#1153).
  3. Pour chicken and marinade onto the cookies sheet.
  4. Add the vegetables to the cookie sheet.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Bake in a 425° oven for 15 -20 min until vegetables are tender and chicken is no longer pink. 

*Delicious served with rice, quinoa, or over noodles.
