Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. First, line your slow cooker with a PanSavers Slow Cooker Liner (#1089).
  2. Next, place 1 full sliced lemon and 1 Tbsp minced garlic along the bottom of the pan.
  3. Now, prepare the chicken by removing any insides, rinsing, then patting dry. Generously season with the Italian seasoning, salt and pepper until well coated. Stuff the chicken with 1 full sliced lemon and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic. Place in the pot, then cover with the remaining lemon slices and minced garlic.
  4. Cook on high for 4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165F. Allow to rest before slicing.
  5. Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and carve as desired. Strain the liquid from the slow cooker to serve over the chicken.
  6. Serve over a bed of Flav-R-Pac Riced Cauliflower (#2743) or Lamb-Weston Roasted Garlic Potatoes (#7944).
