3 Finger Foods For Football Season
Meatballs are one of our favorite products to have in the freezer during football season. From meatball sliders to meatballs in saucy glazes, they’re perfectly poppable snacks for a party. For today’s post, we’ve gathered 3 finger foods for football season of delicious variations on this savory staple that we think guests will love at your next gathering.
Crock Pot Buffalo Ranch Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1/2 bag (26 oz.) Rosina Italian Style Meatballs (#9142)
- 1 bottle Frank’s Red Hot Wings Buffalo Sauce (12 oz.)
- 3 tbsp Rosie’s Ranch Buttermilk Dressing Mix (#1032)
Instructions:
- Combine Frank’s Red Hot Wings Buffalo Sauce and dry Ranch Dressing, then stir well.
- Add frozen Meatballs to Crock Pot, cover with sauce mixture, then place lid on Crock Pot.
- Heat on HIGH for 2 hours or LOW for 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Let simmer on ‘LOW’ or ‘WARM’ setting once done. ENJOY!
Crockpot BBQ Ranch Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1—26 oz. bag Rosina Homestyle Meatballs (#8963)
- 1 18 oz. bottle Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce
- 3 tbsp Rosie’s Ranch Buttermilk Dressing Mix (#1032)
Instructions:
- Combine BBQ Sauce and dry Ranch Dressing Mix, then stir well.
- Add frozen Rosina Meatballs to crockpot, cover with sauce mixture, then place lid on crockpot.
- Heat on HIGH for approximately 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Let simmer on LOW or WARM setting once done. ENJOY!
Cranberry Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1—26 oz. bag Rosina Homestyle Meatballs (#8963)
- 1—12 oz. bottle chili sauce
- 1—14 oz. can jellied cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp brown sugar (#1150)
- Optional: 1 tbsp chopped parsley (#1426)
Instructions:
- Place the cranberry sauce in a bowl and microwave at 45 second intervals until just melted.
- Whisk in the chili sauce, orange juice and brown sugar; stir until mostly smooth.
- Place the meatballs in a slow cooker and pour the sauce over them.
- Cook for 4 hours on LOW then serve, topped with parsley if desired
