Beef Frank Kebabs

Glazed Frank Kebabs

Delicious grilled beef franks, corn, red onion, and peppered skewered and coated with a tangy sauce.

Glazed Frank Kebabs

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. First, soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent them from burning. Then, preheat grill. *If using metal skewers, simply preheat the grill.
  2. Meanwhile, thoroughly combine chili sauce, brown sugar, and mustard. Set aside.
  3. Next, thread the sliced franks and vegetables on the skewers.
  4. Place the prepared skewers on the grill and brush with half of the sauce. Cook for 7 minutes, turning halfway, then brush with the remaining sauce. Then, grill an additional 2 minutes per side or until the glaze caramelizes and vegetables are tender.

Teriyaki Hot Dog & Veggie Kebabs

  2. Meanwhile, combine the teriyaki sauce and soy sauce, then set aside.
  3. Next, thread the franks and vegetables on the skewer and sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper.
  4. Now, grill for 2 to 3 minutes, then turn and brush with the sauce. Grill an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until browned, then turn and brush the other side with the sauce. Grill until heated through and vegetable are tender.
