Creamy Tuscan Garlic Butter Shrimp

Creamy Tuscan Garlic Butter Shrimp
Ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp Chef Shamy Garlic Butter (#8124)
- 1 lb. AquaStar Black Tiger Shrimp Peeled & Tail On (#2806)
- Regal Fine Sea Salt (#1146) and AP Coarse Black Pepper (#1028), to taste
- 3-4 cups baby spinach
- 1 Tbsp AP Tuscan Herb Blend Seasoning (#3628), or more to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instuctions:
- First, saute the shrimp in garlic butter, salt, and pepper for 1 minute. Remove shrimp from pan.
- Now, add 1 Tbsp butter to the pan and sautee the spinach (and halved cherry tomatoes, if desired) for 1 minute.
- Then, add the heavy cream and Tuscan seasoning, reducing to a simmer for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce reduces slightly. Add the shrimp back to the pan and stir to combine.
- Top with shredded parmesan, if desired.
