  1. In a large Ziplock bag (#1979), combine the chicken breasts, freshly squeezed lime juice, ground cumin, sea salt, ground black pepper, cayenne, and cilantro.
  2. Toss to combine and coat the chicken. Place in the fridge for at least 30
    minutes, preferably 2-3 hours, to allow the marinade to work.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with the olive oil. Remove the chicken from the fridge and place it in the hot oil.
  4. Cook the chicken until well-browned on both sides and cooked through, about 4-6 minutes per side, or until the chicken
    reaches 165 degrees F internal temperature.
  5. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
